Return and Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Vouchervest, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your digital purchases. Due to the nature of digital products (game keys, gift cards, and vouchers), our return policy differs from standard physical goods. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Unredeemed / Unviewed Products

If you have purchased a product but have not yet viewed, redeemed, or "claimed" the key (i.e., you have not revealed the digital code), you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: You must request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: The key must remain in its original, unviewed state in your Vouchervest inventory or email delivery link.
• Process: Contact our support team with your order number. Once we verify the key is unviewed, we will process your refund.

3. Redeemed / Viewed Products

Once a digital key has been viewed or redeemed, it is generally non-refundable.

• Exceptions: A refund or replacement for a viewed key will only be granted if the key is proven to be invalid, used prior to your purchase, or technically defective.
• Verification: You must contact us within 7 days of verifying the issue. We may require screenshots, error codes, or communication with the platform provider (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PlayStation) to verify the defect.

4. Pre-Orders

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product release date for a full refund, provided the key has not been delivered to you.

5. Refund Methods

• Store Credit (Vouchervest Balance): This is the fastest method. Funds are usually available immediately after approval.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds to bank cards or third-party payment processors may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Mystery bundles or "random" keys once viewed.
• Products purchased due to user error (e.g., buying a game for the wrong region or wrong console) if the key has already been viewed.
